We inspect items before shipment. We cover insurance costs during international shipping. We provide after-sales support equivalent to that offered to domestic customers (manufacturer warranty may not apply). 出荷前に商品を検品いたします。輸送中の破損に備えた保険料は当店が負担します。日本国内と同等のアフターサポートを提供します（ただしメーカー保証対象外の場合あり）

Minimum Order最低発注金額

International shipping is available for orders over ¥10,000. For smaller orders, a handling fee of ¥1,000 will be charged. 国際配送は10,000円以上のご注文に限ります。10,000円未満の製品を海外員発送する場合には1,000円の手数料を頂戴します。

Shipping Fees送料

Shipping fees will be charged at actual EMS rates.
Examples : Asia ¥900〜 / North America & Middle East ¥1,200〜 / Europe ¥1,500〜 EMS（国際スピード郵便）の実費送料をご負担いただきます。
例：アジア ¥900〜、北米・中東 ¥1,200〜、ヨーロッパ ¥1,500〜

Customs & Taxes関税

No Japanese consumption tax(10%) is applied to items exported from Japan. However, depending on the item and total value, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office in advance for details regarding import regulations and charges.

For example, if a product is listed as ¥11,000 (tax included, free domestic shipping), the international order will be charged as ¥10,000 plus actual shipping costs. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are also the customer’s responsibility. 日本からの輸出する製品には日本の消費税はかかりません。ただし輸入国側での関税や税金はお客様負担となります。お住まいの国の輸入時の関税については事前にご確認ください。
例えば¥11,000（税込・送料無料）と表記されている場合には、日本の消費税を除いた¥10,000に送料や関税を加えたものがお支払金額になります。

Shipping Destinations発送可能地域

We are generally able to ship worldwide. Orders are typically sent via EMS (Express Mail Service), but we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific carriers when possible. For example, international couriers such as FedEx serve many countries and can be arranged upon request. You can find more information on the EMS website here (external link). 基本的に全世界へ発送可能です。製品の配送にはEMSを使用していますが、お客様から配送会社の指定があれば可能な限り対応します。例えばFedexなどの国際的な配送会社は多くの国に対応しています。

Returns返品について

Returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.商品到着後の返品も可能ですが、往復の送料はお客様のご負担となります。

Tracking Number追跡番号

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly using the website linked in the message.発送後にメールで追跡番号をお知らせします。輸送の状況はお知らせするURLからお客様自身で確認できます。
